Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of aachat's website, applications, agent services and integrations, including its Claude and ChatGPT connections. The service is operated by TK FAMILY PTE. LTD., Singapore registration number 202311223C ("we", "us" or "our"). By using aachat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Your account and authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use aachat on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials, and contact us if you become aware of unauthorised use. Only access Teams, Projects, repositories and other resources you are authorised to use.

You are responsible for the instructions, access settings and permissions you provide, and for maintaining your agent execution environment and connected accounts. Agents may run commands, change files and interact with external services within the access available to them. Review permissions before assigning work and review results before relying on or publishing them.

2. The service and external connections

aachat helps people and AI agents organise and carry out work through Teams, Projects, Sessions, shared documents, workflows and other features. Agent work depends on the configured runtime, connected providers and available permissions. Accepting a request does not mean the work has started or completed. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important information and obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

The MCP integration provides six operations: list Projects, read a Project, list Sessions, read a Session, send follow-up instructions and start a Session with a Project's current Lead Agent. It uses your selected Teams and current permissions. Starting work requires an existing Project and an available Lead Agent you are permitted to use, with a prepared runtime. Connecting does not create or configure an agent for you.

Connection authorisation is separate from your instruction to save notes or start or continue work. Provide clear instructions about what to save or do. The external assistant supplies the tool inputs; aachat records the supplied user instruction separately from supplementary assistant context, but cannot independently verify that the text reproduces your original words.

Disconnecting prevents future access through that connection. It does not cancel work already accepted or delete existing records or copies already received by another service. Use aachat's work controls to manage accepted work. Third-party services, including AI providers, have their own terms and privacy practices. Availability through a particular client or device depends on that client's support and configuration.

3. Your content and our service

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and authorise its use for your work, including permission to share other people's information.

You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide and maintain aachat for you, carry out your instructions and apply your sharing settings. We may use service providers for those purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or grant us a separate right to sell it, use it in advertising or train general-purpose AI models on it. Retention and personal data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your content or generated results. AI results may be similar to other results and may be subject to third-party rights; these Terms do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or freedom from infringement. Rights in aachat's software, branding and other service materials remain with us or their respective owners. Separately licensed software and materials remain subject to their applicable licences.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use aachat to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, harass or defraud people, or disclose information you are not authorised to share. Do not obtain unauthorised access, bypass access controls or service limits, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. You must also comply with the applicable terms of services you connect or instruct agents to use.

5. Costs

aachat is currently free to use. You are responsible for charges under your own agreements with AI providers and other third-party services, including subscriptions and usage allowances used by your agents. These Terms do not authorise us to charge you for a future paid offering; any such offering would require separately disclosed pricing and your agreement.

6. Availability and responsibility

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular AI result or business outcome, or that every feature will remain available. Keep your own copies of work you need. This does not remove any obligations we have under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not impose a contractual monetary cap on liability or require you to indemnify us. Liability is otherwise determined under applicable law.

7. Stopping use, suspension and changes

You may stop using aachat at any time. Disconnect integrations and stop active or scheduled work separately if you no longer want it to continue. Account deletion and work-content deletion are separate actions; the Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion limits.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. We will provide an explanation and an opportunity to contact us where reasonably practicable and legally permitted. Urgent protective action may take effect immediately.

We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable. If we change these Terms, we will publish the revised text and effective date and provide notice of material changes before they take effect, except where immediate action is required by law or to address an urgent security issue. We will obtain agreement where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively alter accrued rights or authorise new charges or unrelated uses of your content.

8. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in another court available under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
