Analytics preferences
Web analytics, saved choices and how to change them
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, registrations and use of aachat so we can improve acquisition and the product. Where explicit consent is required, the small notice offers Allow and Decline, and measurement waits for Allow. Both choices hide the notice and are saved in this browser for six calendar months, without extending the expiry on each visit. In a reviewed, configured country, measurement can instead start after the notice and its Turn off analytics control have been presented and are usable. Before that presentation, no Google tag, analytics cookies or measurement context is created. Close only hides the notice; neither closing nor taking no action is recorded as consent. Login itself is not consent. On the login page the notice appears inside the page.
Open Analytics preferences in the public footer, login page or your personal user menu to change your choice. Choose Decline or Turn off analytics to stop measurement in this browser, including measurement started after a notice. Preferences show whether analytics is on or off, separately from your saved choice. If server cancellation is pending, measurement stays stopped; the preferences show the pending state and retry on reconnect or when you choose again. Other browsers on the same account stop within 60 seconds after successful server withdrawal. An already in-flight request cannot be recalled. Deleting previously collected data is a separate process; contact us through Support.
Google receives page views, normal new-account registrations, your direct work requests, and document/media views. We send normalized page categories and approved campaign values, not raw private URLs or query text. Conversation and document content, document names, individual Project or Session names, email addresses and authentication secrets are not sent. Advertising features, Google signals and personalization are disabled.
The Google tag uses first-party cookies (including _ga) for browser and session identifiers. The product links a signed-in account to a random analytics User-ID rather than your account ID or name; this linked ID is not anonymous data. Google may process this information outside your country and Singapore; see our Privacy Policy. The Google cookie lifetime is configured to six calendar months remaining from an explicit choice, or at most 180 days on a region-permitted visit. Cookies are not renewed on activity. Before collection is enabled, Google Analytics user/event retention must be set to 14 months without resetting on activity. Aggregate reports and deletion handling have separate retention rules. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's cookie information.
The saved choice lives in local browser storage. A separate notice record contains only its version, presentation time and optional closing time, without a new tracking identifier. A closed notice stays hidden for at most six calendar months from presentation; closing it or returning does not extend that deadline. A changed version, expired record or invalid record requires a new presentation before notice-based measurement. If storage fails, the notice stays visible and measurement can run only while its presentation is confirmed on that page. Clearing cookies/storage or using another browser may show the notice again. Old permissions without a recorded date require a new choice; old refusals remain refused until you change them. At expiry measurement stops and the notice asks again where consent is required. A server-side withdrawal takes priority over regional permission. Refusal and withdrawal are not undone by a change of country. Global Privacy Control (GPC), whether signalled by the browser or request header, stops analytics worldwide even with a saved Allow choice. This refusal is saved: switching off GPC alone does not restart measurement. With GPC off, you can explicitly Allow again in preferences; Allow cannot override active GPC.
EEA countries, the UK and Switzerland require a choice in this version. Unknown locations and unconfigured countries also require a choice. Notice-based measurement is supported only for countries explicitly configured after the applicable legal, Google contract and operational conditions have been assessed. If Mexico is enabled, the notice is in Spanish even on an English or Japanese page; see the Spanish details below. The hosting platform supplies a connection-derived country; this feature does not store your IP address. Refusal and withdrawal always take priority over regional permission. Measurement also requires the service and audience gates to be enabled.
This version covers eligible Web visits only. Desktop, CLI, guests and automated Agent activity are outside its coverage. GA counts do not represent all registrations or natural persons. Activity before measurement is permitted is not replayed later.
To improve acquisition and the first-use experience, once measurement is permitted under the conditions above, we save categorized first-observed and pre-signup acquisition sources, campaigns and landing groups. Browser storage lasts at most 30 days and never beyond the permission deadline. After signup, we associate these categories with JST dates of your direct requests and the time the final answer to your first observed request is visible for one second. Product-side records are retained for at most 14 months and erased on withdrawal or deletion. Google receives comparison categories, durations and events, not answer text or request/document identifiers.
We measure entry exposure, attempts and success/failure for login, requests, external-connection approval and copying setup instructions. Download-link clicks and public article formats/editorial topics are also measured. Raw error text is not sent. A copy is not setup completion, a download click is not installation, and a visible answer is not proof of satisfaction. Missing measurement may be counted in daily operational counters without user identifiers, retained for at most 30 days.

Aviso de analítica para México. TK FAMILY PTE.
